TERMS AND CONDITIONS


All Doublethink designs are hand-crafted, individual products. We reject the ethos of mass-production, and we value every customer. Each objet d'art is made with love and attention to detail, and we bring the same care to dealing with your order. Products are packaged securely and will reach you safely and swiftly.

Delivery - We use Special Delivery within the UK which is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next day and normally despatch on a Friday - to arrive Saturday morning.


However, none of our artworks are massed produced, so if something you have ordered is not already in stock, there may be a slight delay while we individually print and hand-make your one-of-a-kind or Limited Edition item. In which case we will contact you with a confirmed despatch date. You should never have to wait longer than one week for an item to be despatched.


Items are posted First Class Recorded Delivery (Signed for) using Royal Mail, and Air Sure to overseas destinations.


Returns Policy - Although every effort is made to ensure that product images are as accurate as possible, computer displays vary, and so we like to give our customers the added reassurance that they can return or exchange any item that doesn't meet with their complete approval once it's arrived in it's natural home setting.


We accept returns so long as we are contacted within one week of despatch, and we will provide a refund provided that the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging.
